What we do:
We are an agency of detectives who use all the tools of the imagination and the speculative arts. We take a practical approach and solve your case in as short a time as possible. Psychological health, philosophical reflection, and self-development are life-long pursuits, but sometimes we need good answers now. Our goal is to solve your case, and if we can’t, then we will explain clearly why it can’t be solved, or at least not solved by us.

Our Methods:
We use the methods of a traditional detective in the sense of obtaining information and details about the case. We follow leads and search for clues, and we work hard to solve the case.
At the same time, we often work more directly with the client who may hold the key clues in the case. For these cases we have a variety of tools which will help the client gain a new perspective, such as thought experiments and futurist thinking. By imagining alternate scenarios or "what ifs," our problems can take on new meanings in the real world.
Throughout the case, we make copious use of traditional philosophical investigation and the scientific method. Ultimately, we chose the tools and methods best suited for each individual case.
As speculative detectives we will not be acting as your counselor but we will be happy to refer you to a counselor as needed. We do not give advice, rather we solve your case. However, we are not private detectives as traditionally conceived. We do not take legal cases, do surveillance, or perform background checks.
Consultations:
The initial consultation involves you telling us a little about yourself and your case. We will help you clarify the key elements of the case and the question that you want to ask. Consultations typically last 15 minutes. We will then contact you about the next steps in your case. Consultations are free. If we take your case, we will then outline the costs for you.
